Plenty of room for culinary delights!
For aperitifs and stand-up lunches, up to 300 guests can be treated to culinary delights. This is made possible by the combination of the hotel restaurant and the “Fronalpstock” conference room – with the sliding wall open into the foyer. Several buffets with food and drink options as well as an attentive “flying service” mean that guests are never left with an empty glass or aperitif plate.
Celebrate parties – in the right place
Both our hotel restaurant and our largest conference room “Fronalpstock” can be set up as a banquet room according to your wishes. Table islands, U-shaped, long rows of tables or restaurant seating – whatever is best for your event.
We can cater for a maximum of 140 guests in the restaurant and 200 people for banquets in combination with the conference room. Whether it’s a general meeting, birthday party, first communion, wedding or your company’s end-of-year dinner – we have enough space for you and your event.

Our hotel restaurant is the ideal place for funeral dinners. Here, bereaved families with up to 140 guests can spend time with their loved ones, friends and acquaintances and enjoy a meal together to say goodbye to a loved one.
We can cater for your grief meal at almost any time of day because we are not an à la carte restaurant. Our kitchen is geared towards seminars and banquets for up to 140 people. Whether an aperitif, a 3 or 4-course lunch menu or a light snack, served or from the buffet – you are sure to find something suitable in our menu suggestions. And if you would like something special in honor of the deceased – that is also possible. Get in touch with us. Hotelier Willy Graf and head chef Edith Knüsel will be happy to advise you personally.
By the way: We are certified with the sustainability label “IBEX fairstay”, produce a lot ourselves and cook lovingly Swiss dishes with seasonal and regional fresh products.
Main meals
We do not offer an à la carte menu in our hotel restaurant. However, seminars and groups can enjoy freshly prepared menus every day, whether for lunch or dinner. And we also prepare something delicious from our kitchen for a refreshing coffee break – homemade, regional, fresh. It goes without saying.

Start your day with our typical Swiss breakfast buffet!
We are a certified sustainability hotel. That is why you will find mainly regional and seasonal products at our extensive buffet, including a generous selection of bread and small breads, homemade fruit bread, homemade jams, Swiss honey. Meat and cheese platter, cream cheese, fried bacon and scrambled eggs. Various types of Swiss muesli, the finest home-made Bircher muesli, 2-3 types of yoghurt. Fruit and vegetables, fruit juice, various types of coffee and several types of tea.
Of course, there is also a range of gluten- and lactose-free products.
The uncomplicated self-service lunch
The choice is yours: between 11:45 and 13:30 you can help yourself to the freshly prepared lunch buffet. We serve home-style cooking and prefer Swiss dishes.
A soup of the day and various salads await you daily as starters. For the main course, you can choose between a menu with meat or a vegetarian dish. Our lunch buffet also includes drinking water in a carafe, Knutwil sparkling mineral water and – to enjoy after your meal – a coffee or tea. We are also happy to bake and create a delicious dessert for you – please book in advance!

After work, you can look forward to an enjoyable dinner. Prepared with dedication and professional pride by our head chef and her team, served by friendly, motivated staff.
Book a 3 to 5-course menu, depending on how much time you want to take for dinner.
You’re sure to find something suitable in our small selection of wines. Or would you prefer non-alcoholic? How about a “Tröpfel” (non-alcoholic sparkling wine made from Thurgau high-stem apples and grape juice) for an aperitif? Or “Zero’si”, the non-alcoholic sparkling wine in rosé or blanc from the Salis winery in the Bündner Herrschaft?
You can end the evening in a cozy atmosphere – whether after dinner or after work – in our café bar. Depending on the package you have booked, we are happy to be there for you until midnight at the latest.
