Our statement as employees – our work philosophy

That’s why we like to get involved in the various areas of our hotel:

• The focus is on people! We like people, that’s why we work here and not elsewhere!
• We want to serve our guests and offer them a friendly, pleasant stay and culinary moments of relaxation despite the hectic pace of everyday life.
• We enjoy our work, are trained for it and do our job to the best of our ability for the benefit of all.
• We maintain an open, honest and trusting relationship. That’s why we don’t allow any malicious atmosphere to arise, neither within the team nor towards our guests.
• We work for each other, not just with each other.
• We want to set ourselves apart from our competitors through unfeigned friendliness, professional competence, courtesy and taking our guests seriously.
• We support each other and want to achieve our ambitious goals together.

These points form the foundation of our collaboration. The statement is given to new employees together with their employment contract. It has been signed by all employees as a sign of their agreement.
